my cousin kyle and I! i finally got to see him today after 10 years, and it was like we picked up right where we left off. i didnt realize how much i missed not only him but my entire canadian family until i got to catch up with kyle. people dont know how good they have it, being able to see their families all the time. i see our family friends with their family all the time and i cant help but be jealous. i would give sososososo much to be able to have close relationships with all my extended family members, especially my cousins. i feel like im missing out on all the great stuff theyre going though, like kyle for example. he plays for the canadian national lacrosse team, and is by far the best player ive ever seen play (not even being biased), so it sucks i dont get to see him play often. family is such a big part of life, and i feel like i’ve missed out on all of that my whole childhood. kyle and i promised to keep in touch though, so hopefully ill be seeing more of him and my other family. i promise myself ill never let it get this way when im older.
